Bad payment gateway communication between your bank and our PayU payment gateway create this problem. 

You need not to worry in this case, most of the time this payment gets deposited in our account with in 24 hrs and we verify and change your order status from fail to processing. You get an email notification of same.

If is doesnt, then it gets back to your bank account. These are the only two possibilities we see. You need to worry and wait for 24 hrs to see the notification from us. 

Payment deducted twice -

If you payment has been deducted twice due to failed status of online order or in case of order cancellation.
