This message is caused when a device / laptop is changed or formatted or windows systems files are over written.
The reactivation process is first to deactivate the serial number from server and again activate from the same laptop where it was previously activated. This process takes usually 24 hrs and is charged Rs 500 per serial number.
For re-activation you need to make a payment of Rs 500 for each serial number.
